  1. Open Access Orientation: Article Processing Charges (APC) will be fully waived for manuscript submissions until December 2026 (extended from the initial phase). We will continue to optimize the fee policy in the future to minimize barriers to academic dissemination. All published articles will be assigned unique DOIs through the Crossref GME Program, supporting global academic retrieval and citation to ensure the accessibility of research results.

Standardized and Compliant Operation: The journal will operate in strict accordance with international academic publishing guidelines and relevant laws and regulations, adhere to the principles of originality and authenticity, firmly resist academic misconduct, and maintain the order of academic publishing.
